Welcome to our In Store Pickup Information page for our location in Boone, North Carolina. You'll be able to go to our main online storefront page from the bottom of this page or you can click on the shopping category of your choice in the left hand column at any time during your visit with us.

You can order for In Store Pickup online. Just enter "00000" in the delivery address zip code box so you won't be charged a delivery charge. Your handling charge will be $4.95. No other charge will be added except for applicable taxes. Enter "Store Pickup" for the address. In Special Instructions, indicate the time you will be picking your item up. Or you can call in to place your order for in store pickup.

Unless you are otherwise notified, we will have your item ready for you to pick up at the time scheduled. As store hours are by appointment only, you must pick up your item no later than 30 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. If you're going to be late, you must notify us. If you fail to do so and we have other commitments, it may be necessary for you to make an appointment for the next business day to pick your item up. If we have other obligations and have to wait more than 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time and you haven't called, you will be charged our standard $11.95 delivery and handling fee.

The Artscapes warehouse and flower prep center where flowers are picked up is located at 3422 highway 105 Souuth, Boone, NC. It's the fourth building on the right on Highway 105 past the 105 Bypass stoplight. The 105 Bypass stoplight is at the intersection just past the entrance to University Highliands and Zippy's and is approximately 3 miles from the 321/105 Big Light intersection in Boone. The pickup and customer service counter is inside the first glass door on the front of the buiilding beside the "Artscapes" sign.
