Thank you very much for delivering the arrangement and contacting Melisa so she could receive the flowers personally. I see that you spelled Melisa's name in this email Melissa vs Melisa. I hope that was not the case on the card. She is very sensitive about the spelling of her name and it would put a damper on her birthday if this were the case. I don't mean to be picky but I was very specific when I gave her name over the phone to ensure her birthday was special since she is away from home. I feel that is part of what I am paying for. I now know that when ordering flowers, it is best to personally contact the florist to confirm what selections are available, discuss substitutions, if necessary, and avoid any possible confusion.
