Our phones are usually answered from 8am until 6 pm on weekdays. Sometimes we answer earlier than 8am and sometimes we answer later than 6pm. Occasionally, we don’t answer until later than 8am and occasionally we stop answering before 6pm. When available, we sometimes answer on weekends and holidays. Phone hours are usually extended during the week prior to major holidays and abbreviated immediately after major holidays.

We are usually closed after major holidays. We are sometimes not available because we are booked off premises to serve special events. We close for annual vacation. When closed, we disable selections on our website to keep orders from being placed which we will not be here to prepare and deliver. We also place notices of the details of our closing at appropriate places on our website to keep our customers informed. We are not usually available to answer phones or respond to e-mails when we are closed or after hours. We will answer your calls or respond to your e-mails as soon as possible after reopening on our next regular business day.

You may order online, with confidence and security, 24 hours a day on any day of the week, including holidays, unless our Home Page says otherwise or we disable all selections because of a temporary suspension of deliveries..

We are a real florist. We are not one of the infamous phony non-florist internet and phone bank order gathering operations which takes a substantial cut and then subcontracts your order through a wire service to a real florist. So, we hope you will indulge us a little time off from answering the phones in return for our personal, caring service and the knowledge that your money will be spent on flowers rather than wire service and order gatherer's fees.

E-mails are read and answered Monday through Friday, except for Holidays, and sometimes on weekends.

Regular Delivery Hours are usually from 10am until 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am until 2pm Saturday.

Special Deliveries may be available after hours or on Sundays or during some holidays, subject to availability. A Special Delivery Charge may apply to after hours and holiday deliveries.

Although we may be available to talk with or wait on customers during regular weekday business hours without appointment, we strongly suggest that you call first before driving in as we frequently close the floral center showroom to customers in order to prepare for, set up, and deliver to off-site or out of town weddings or special events.
