We stand behind our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us within 24 hours or one business day of your discovery of any problem and let us know what has caused your dissatisfaction. If our inspection of the product in question verifies a problem with the product, we will replace it or give you credit toward another arrangement of equal value. (Spring and seasonal flowers, wrapped and loose flowers, and some rose varieties, which have a naturally short vase life, may be excluded.)
DIY Flowers, wrapped flowers, and any other flowers which are not arranged by our employees are excluded from this warranty as we cannot control how they are treated or processed by the recipient. If you have a quality question concerning these types of flowers purchased from us, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of flowers.
Our regular delivery charges do not allow for timed deliveries or delivery by appointment. We do not guarantee delivery times. Delivery dates are guaranteed subject to availability of a recipient to receive your product at the address given by you or as otherwise stated under our delivery terms in our "delivery" information section..
We require that unsatisfactory products be returned to us. It is necessary for us to have them in our possession in order to document the problem and obtain credit from our suppliers. It also helps us to analyze the problem and determine if there was some way we could have prevented it so that it won't happen again.
A restocking fee will apply to all items which cannot be delivered for any reason. This includes situations where the recipient is not home and cannot be contacted by phone or otherwise. The fee will be the amount of the original delivery charge plus no less than 50% of the arrangement PROVIDED THAT we are able to resell the arrangement for value on the same day. If we are not able to redeliver or resell the arrangement for value on the same day, the restocking fee will be 100% of the arrangement PLUS the fee for the unsuccessful delivery attempt. Flowers are perishable items and we cannot sell unreceived old flowers to our customers.
Gifts and florals from our stores that were purchased from someone other than us and delivered by us because of an order received through the wire services operated by one of the organizations which we belong to are not subject to our normal guarantee. While we want you to contact us if there is a problem with quality on a wire order received from us so that we can correct it, we cannot guarantee questions of value received or many other issues where we have no information on or knowledge of what was agreed upon between the seller of the product and the purchaser. While we will be glad to answer questions from recipients of wire service gifts delivered by us and address any issues pertaining to quality, all other issues of the recipient should be addressed to the purchaser of the gift who should then contact the organization from which the gift was purchased. The seller will, if the situation is applicable, then contact us to request any adjustment which they wish us to make or give on their behalf.
We are happy to discuss and attempt to reasonably resolve any and all issues with recipients who have received products from our company within our local delivery area. However, requests for a refund or credit will only be discussed with and handled through the original purchasing customer of record. We do not discuss or negotiate warranty , quality, or customer service issues with third parties nor do we respond to requests from same to do so.
Products purchased for delivery outside of our LOCAL DELIVERY AREA will be handled through another florist or an organization or company that places orders through other florists. While we will attempt to insure your satisfaction on such orders by representing your interests to the filling florist or the organization which accepted the order for placement, warranty and satisfaction issues on orders placed for delivery outside of our local delivery area are subject to the policies and decisions of the filling agency or florist. We cannot directly control orders placed for delivery outside of our local delivery area and therefore cannot be responsible for anything beyond an attempt to fairly represent your interests in placing the order for you.
Warranty and issues of price adjustment or refund will only be discussed with and handled through the original purchasing customer of record. We will determine what, if anything, we feel is reasonable on a case by case basis and make a decision accordingly. We may typically decide to issue a partial or whole store credit, give a partial or whole replacement, give a gift certificate for future use, or do nothing. While we may issue a courtesy store credit, refunds are not normally available on issues in which, in our opinion, we are not at fault. While we will do our best, within reason, to assure that our customers receive full value and satisfaction when dealing with us, we reserve the right to make the final decision in any and all disputes involving purchases from us.
